A note from our founder...
My professional journey began 30 years ago, when I was a practicing esthetician, still learning my way in the business world. I discovered early on there were a lot of us in the same boat - all very passionate about skin care and each driven to be the best, but with minimal resources for learning new skills or gaining the confidence to grow our businesses.
What began as an exchange of ideas, best practices and industry know-how, eventually grew into a consulting career supporting spas, salons and medical practices. Having spent years owning and building two spas of my own, I had a deep understanding of the obstacles they were facing and the feeling of exasperation behind their questions.
People often ask me what the best part of my job is and the answer is always the same: it's the hundreds of satisfied clients that I have successfully partnered with to help them reach the goals they knew were possible, but weren't sure how to achieve.
